The Israeli Center for youth leadership, social involvement and preparation for enlistment in the IDF was established by a team of educators, senior IDF officers who had a vision of Israeli youth leading a change in society and in the country, through developing leadership skills and preparing for military service and for life in general.
The company was founded in 1995 and since then has been guiding and training around 75000 youngsters a year in diverse areas of activities. These activities take place in high schools and in community centers in various cities.
TOP-Orgad is the leading company in its field in Israel. The company positioned itself as such thanks to its ability to develop programs, the flexibility and creativity of its training program, the achievements and the great appreciation for the program participants, the creation of open communications with youth based on the TOP-Orgad model and, of course, the team of instructors and professionals who are in charge of implementing the programs.

In addition to our programs, we offer a unique and exciting journey in Israel that will leave a deep impression on its participants:
Ten days that include touring and getting to know the land of Israel, visits to IDF bases, staying with and participating in joint activities with Israeli youth – some of whom are about to begin their military service and others who have finished their service and are about to begin academic studies.
